When ordering an illustration, please inform us if your order is time
sensitive. Most orders can be completed within a week, however lead times
may very, so please let us know your needs.
Once an order is received, an initial courtesy e-mail or phone call will be
made to notify you that the order has been received and to give you an
approximate completion date. Please contact us if you do not receive this

100% refund is given when cancellation is made prior to work initiation.
No refund given after work has begun.

$35 Service fee plus balance due assessed on all NSF accounts.

in subject or material. Any information received indicating illegal activities;
human or animal abuse will be reported to local authorities immediately.
