Q: The drawing I want you to do is a gift and I will need it by a specific date; will this
be a problem?
A: Normally most orders can be completed within a week, however lead times may very,
so please let us know your needs. When ordering an illustration, please inform us if your
order is time sensitive.
Q: Once I send my photos to you, how do I know you received my order and know
what I want?
A: Once an order is received, an initial courtesy e-mail and/or phone call will be
sent/made to notify you that the order has been received and to give you an approximate
completion date. Please contact us if you do not receive this initial notification or if you
have any questions once your order is placed.
Q: I have a nude photo I would like drawn, will there be a problem with this?
A: Unfortunately we do not accept these types of orders. Artist reserves the right to
refuse any work deemed as immoral or inappropriate in subject or material. Any
information received indicating illegal activities; human or animal abuse will be
reported to local authorities immediately.
Q: I would really like to have a portrait done for my wife for our anniversary but I don't
know what photo she would want. Do you sell gift certificates?
A: Yes! Gift certificates can be purchased in any denomination and can be customized for
special occasions. Please contact us for further information for customization. Gift
certificate holds no cash value and are redeemable for custom artwork, or other
products sold by artist. Gift certificates are not valid towards shipping or handling
